BORAMAE CHEREVILLE is a residential tower with retail at the base and four levels of parking below grade. The superstructure features a steel superstructure and concrete shear walls.
Lateral systems were optimized using new wind tunnel tests and based on seismic requirements. Floor framing system was optimized using limit design.
Koz Sowlat served as chief structural engineer for specialized consulting.
