One North Wacker, UBS Tower, is an office high rise, with two basement levels. Typical office level measures 37,500 sq ft. Typical lease span is 45 ft. UBS Tower was developed to accommodate the needs of UBS groups in a single building, including UBS Warburg, UBS PaineWebber, UBS Global Asset Management and UBS O’Connor.

The superstructure features steel floor framing and concrete core walls. A cable-net curtain wall is provided at the lobby.
